Information We Disclose
In the course of conducting business we disclose information we collect from you to administer your account, such as, processing of applications, transfers and additional services requested by you. Barrington does not disclose nonpublic information about you to anyone except as permitted by law. We follow the same policy with respect to nonpublic information received from all clients and former clients. If at any time, it is necessary to disclose any of your personal information in any way that is inconsistent with this policy, we will give you advanced notice of the proposed change, so that you will have the opportunity to opt out of such disclosure.
Information We Collect
We ask for you to provide personal demographic and financial information. Data that includes items such as your name, date of birth, current assets and liabilities, your goals, and other financial related information. If you have a spouse or partner, we will ask you to provide the same set of demographic and financial information for him/her.
Our commitment to our customers about how we treat their information remains the same: We do not sell customer information to anyone.
Privacy Policy Updates
As long as you maintain an account with Barrington Capital Management, Inc, we will provide our privacy policy annually and notify you of any modifications as required by law. Should your relationship with us end, we will continue to limit disclosures of your information in accordance with our stated privacy policy. We reserve the right to make changes as deemed necessary.
